Product obtained by mixing açaí, other fruits’ powder (natural, 100% pure) and other selected ingredients’ powder. Add water, forming a solution ready to be used in soft ice cream machines, continuous and discontinuous machines to prepare açaí cream (sorbet), in addition to preparation of juices and açaí in the bowl.
Mix the contents of the package (1,200 kg powder) into 3,600 liters of filtered water under stirring until the product dissolves completely. Place the preparation directly in the ice cream maker or ice cream machine.
Mix (80g, prepared in powder form) directly in a blender with 50ml of filtered water, adding, little by little, between 200 to 230g of ice (or to your taste).To be served alone or with fruits.

Keep the product inside the box, in a dry place, with temperature below 25°C.Avoid exposure to sun light.
For 12 months after production date when kept sealed in the original packaging.
